A Warehouse space, that formerly housed light industry, serves as a foil for a series of dynamic interactions roughly described as a three part software creation process: research, production and sales. A+D designed one large assembly room, two medium conference rooms and a variety of meeting places along the perimeter lined with industrial steel sash windows. A common kitchen and dining area, several storage spaces, restrooms including an accessible shower, and a compelling reception -fore grounded by a lounge-frame open work stations. The space was permitted and built in less than six months and without major disruption of their daily operation.
