New Mission Housing

The project proposes to subdivide the main auditorium of the historically significant New Mission theater into five screens with 900 seats and to add a restaurant and a bar. The project also includes the demolition of the neighboring Giant Value department store to build an eight-story, mixed-use condominium building with 114 dwelling units, 89 off-street parking spaces, and ground-floor commercial space.
